CW (Cowboy Way) Jones aka Ron Fieldhack

  Crossed the Great Divide March 3, 2003. Age 66 years. Loving husband of Diann,

Dad of Randy (Susie Brautigam), Heather, Holly, and Joshua (Kristen). Proud

grandpa of Sasha, Alec, Deven, Jack, and Katie. Brother of Penny Wolf and Dodie Guffey.

  Ron served his nation in the United States Army and his community as a Deputy Sheriff

For the Ozaukee County Sheriff's Department. He was an avid fossil hunter and often went to Wyoming in search of that last dinosaur.

  Ron, also known as CW Jones, was an active member of the Single Action Shooting Society,

SASS #31432.

  CW was a proud member of the Liberty Prairie Regulators.

Quietly, he seemed to be at every shoot. He believed in the

"Cowboy Way" and played the game to the fullest.

  As we said goodbye to CW we could not help but notice

that he was decked out in his cowboy clothes,  his 45s

and yellow boy by his side. His hat, leather, and spurs

ready to be donned, and of course, the flag of our nation folded

and placed adjacent to his head.

  He was a great friend to us all and will be missed everytime we say "posse up" . May he

rest in peace. We'll be seeing  you down the trail old friend. Keep the campfire burning.
